| Can I live in
my home once the conversion has started? |
Yes, any mess is kept to a minimum and
we will leave your home safe and tidy each day that we
are there.

| How much
approximate value would this add to my property? |
A survey by a market leading Building
Society concluded that a loft conversion would add 21%
to the price of your property.

| What about
Building Regulations and Planning Permission? |
All loft conversions require Building
Regulation approval and this is obtained as part of our
Design & Build package. Not all conversions require
Planning Permission, but our experienced staff can
identify the specific circumstances where a proposed
project would and could then prepare the application
accordingly.

| How will it
affect the look of my property? |
Priority is given to creating a tasteful
and complimentary addition and we endeavour to produce a
completed project that gives the impression that your
home was originally built to the new arrangement.

| Can I have
even more space? |
| A mansard roof extension can be added to
the rear of a terraced property to maximise the
potential for extra space. Built off the party walls,
usually in brick, the front of the extension can be
finished in tile, wood or P.V.C.u. cladding. To enhance
the basic design a balcony could be added. |
